1 Tbsp. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1 1/2 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts,
cut into small cubes
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
1 Cup Prepared Watkins Chicken Base
1 Can (4 oz.) Chopped Green Chiles
1 Can (19 oz.) White Kidney Beans (cannelloni), undrained
4 Green Onions, sliced
Spice Blend:
1 teas. Watkins Garlic Powder Granules
1 teas. Watkins Cumin
1/2 teas. Watkins Fiesta Seasoning
1/2 teas. Watkins Cilantro
1/8 teas. Watkins Cayenne Pepper
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add chicken and onions. Cook about 5 minutes. Stir in broth, green chiles and spice blend. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir in beans. Simmer another 5 minutes. Top with onions. You can garnish this with cilantro and grated montery jack cheese.
