Start with a 10 or 12 quart pot. Add 6 boneless / skinless chicken breast . Add water until the chicken is covered
Add to water:
1 Tbsp. Watkins Chili Power
2 Tbsp. Watkins Minced Green Onion
2 Tbsp. Watkins Chicken Soup Base
Watkins Sea Salt and Watkins
Black Pepper to taste.
Heat on high until it comes to a boil then change the heat to low simmer and cover for at least 3 hours. Remove chicken with a slotted spoon. Do NOT rinse chicken or strain broth. Chop chicken and add back to broth.
Add to broth:
1 Jar Watkins JR's Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 Large Cans of Crushed Tomatoes
More Watkins Sea Salt and Watkins
Black Pepper to taste
Simmer 1 hour, Serve Hot or store in the fridge.
