1 Package 18 oz. of Refrigerated
Sugar Cookie Dough
1 Package 8 oz of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 teas. Watkins Vanilla
2 Medium Granny Smith Apples
Watkins Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Caramel Ice Cream Topping warm
1/2 Cup of Peanuts
Preheat oven to 350. for crust, shape cookie dough into a ball. Slicing is usually easier to do. Make a bunch of slices and place over the stone.
Let it sit for a few minutes and then roll out on 15" stone or pizza pan. Roll out with a slightly floured Pizza dough roller. Bake 16-18 min.
Cool 10 minutes. This is an important step, forget it and you will never forget!! Carefully loosen cookie from Baking stone using the serrated bread knife. cool completely. for topping, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, peanut butter; and mix well. Spread over cookie. Place apples over mixture. sprinkle with cinnamon; heat caramel and drizzle over apples. Then chop the nuts with the food chopper.
