2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Chicken Soup Base
2 Cups / 500 mL Cubed Cooked Chicken
1 Cup / 250 mL Sliced Celery
1 Can (8 oz. / 227g) Pineapple Tidbits, drained
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Chopped Fresh Mango
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Chopped Green Onion
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Reduced-Calorie Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup / 80 mL Watkins Tropical Salsa

1-1/4 teas. / 6 mL Watkins Curry Powder
Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Cook pasta per package directions, substituting the soup base for salt called for in directions. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain well. Place pasta, celery, pineapple, mango, and onion in large bowl. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Tropical Salsa and curry powder; mix well. Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Chill until serving time. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
