Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pounds Flank Steak
1 Tbsp. Watkins Citrus-Cilantro Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp Watkins Chili Powder
1/4 teas. Watkins Oregano
1/2 teas. Watkins Lime Extract
Flour Tortillas
Watkins JR's Thick & Chunky Salsa
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Sour Cream
Instructions:
Brush steak with oil. Combine all ingredients to make a
paste. Rub paste over steak and refrigerate overnight. Broil or
grill and slice thinly to serve. Wrap steak in warm flour
tortillas. Serve with salsa, cheddar cheese and sour cream. Makes
6 servings
