1 lb. / 454 g Turkey Tenderloin,
cut into thin strips
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Watkins Tangy Teriyaki Sauce
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Garlic Granules
4 Whole Wheat Pita Rounds, halved
8 Small Dark Green Lettuce Leaves
2 Medium Tomatoes, thinly sliced
Fresh Bean Sprouts, if desired
In small bowl, combine tenderloin strips, teriyaki sauce and garlic granules. Coat large nonstick skillet with Watkins cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add turkey mixture and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until turkey is browned and no longer pink inside. Remove from heat and keep warm. To serve, fill each pita bread half with lettuce, tomato, turkey and bean sprouts. Make 8 servings.
