Tomato & Garlic Pasta Sauce

2 Cans (14.5 oz. / 411 g) Italian-Style Stewed Tomatoes
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Sun-Dried Tomatoes (not oil-packed)
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Red Wine
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Watkins Liquid Garlic Spice

Pour boiling water over sun-dried tomatoes; let rest for 30 minutes. Drain and chop (you may wish to reserve some of the flavorful soaking liquid to add to this or another sauce). Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 to 14 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.  Makes 3 Cups, 1/2 Cup per serving.
