A flavorful combination which can be made as spicy as desired by adjusting the amount of the Garlic & Spice Salad Dressing Blend added.
1 3/4 Cups / 450 g
Coarsely-Chopped Seeded Tomato
2 Cups / 500 ml Small Cauliflower Florets
1 Cup / 250 ml Thinly-Sliced Celery
1/4 Cup / 60 ml Sliced Green Onion
1 Tbsp. / 15 ml Watkins Parsley
3 Tbsp. / 35 ml White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. / 15 ml Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 to 1 1/2 teas. / 5 to 7.5 ml Watkins Garlic & Spice Salad
Dressing Blend
1/4 teas . / 1.2 ml Sugar
1/4 teas. / 1.2 ml Freshley-Ground Watkins Sea
Salt, or to taste
4 Cups / 1 L Torn Leaf Lettuce
In a large glass bowl, combine tomato, cauliflower, celery, onion and parsley. In small bowl, combine vinegar, Grapeseed Oil, Dressing Blend, sugar and Salt; mix well and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate at least 2 hours. Place lettuce on serving plate(s); top with marinated salad. (Makes 8 servings).
