Tortellini Soup

5 Cups / 1.25 liters Water
1 Package (10 oz. / 283 g) Frozen Chopped Mixed Vegetables (green beans, peas, corn, carrots)
1 Package (9 oz. / 255 g) Fresh Spinach / Cheese Tortellini
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Sliced Green Onions
3 Tbsp. / 45 mL Watkins Beef Soup Base
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Watkins Onion Flakes
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Garlic Flakes
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Basil
1/8 teas. / 0.6 mL Watkins Black Pepper
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Grated Parmesan Cheese

Bring water to boil in large saucepan. Add all ingredients, except cheese; return to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tortellini are tender. Spoon into serving bowls and sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
