Tuscan Bean Soup With Turkey

1 2/3 Cups Water
2 Tbsp. Watkins Chicken Soup Base
1 Cup Carrots, thinly sliced
1 Cup Celery, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
1 Watkins Bay Leaf
1 1/2 cups Cooked Turkey, cubed
1 1/2 Cups Tomato Juice
15 Oz. White Beans

In large saucepan, combine first nine ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients; simmer until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.  Serves 4.
