4 Pieces of either Pork
Tenderloin, Cubed Steak, Chicken or Venison
1-2 Tbsp. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp. Watkins Tangy Teriyaki Sauce
Watkins Cajun Pepper Blend
Salt
Onion or Watkins Onion Powder Granules
Put the grapeseed oil and the tangy teriyaki sauce in the skillet first and then put the meat in. Sprinkle the meat with cajun pepper blend and a little salt. Then put sliced onion and put on top of the meat, but you could use onion powder granules instead. Once the pan has gotten hot and the meat begins to cook, turn the burner down to low and cover the skillet. I let this cook on low until done. The smell is wonderful!
Serve with Watkins Brown & Wild Rice Blend and a tossed salad. You can also make salad dressing using Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil and either red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar. Add Watkins Italian Salad Dressing Blend.
