White Bean & Tomato Sauce

1 Can (15.5 oz. / 440 g) White Beans, drained and rinsed with cold water
2 Cans (14-1/2 oz. / 411 g each) Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Garlic Granules
1-1/2 to 2 teas. / 7.5 to 10 mL Watkins Sage
1/8 teas. / 0.6 mL Watkins Black Pepper
Salt, to taste
Pinch of Sugar, to taste, if needed
Watkins Parsley

Combine beans, tomatoes, garlic powder, sage and black pepper in large skillet. Bring to a simmer; cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes. Season to taste with salt and sugar, if desired. Serve over hot rigatoni or similar pasta, with Watkins Parsley sprinkled on top. Makes 6 servings.
