Zesty Veggie Omelette

1/2 Cup of your Favorite Fresh Veggies like peppers, onion, mushrooms chopped
2 Eggs
Dash of Watkins Liquid Onion Spice
Watkins Black Pepper
1/8 teas. Watkins Parsley
Watkins Tropical Salsa or Inferno Sauce
1 Tbsp. Grated Light Cheddar

Saute your fresh veggies in a non-stick frying pay with liquid onion spice until almost tender crisp. Beat your eggs with the pepper and parsley and pour over the top of veggies. When eggs are done, turn omelette onto plate and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with Watkins fat-free tropical salsa or inferno sauce on the side. A great healthy breakfast or quick lunch!
