The following charts & income examples are meant to
show you the possibilities when you develop your personal action plan. The examples given
are NOT meant in any way to reflect what WILL happen in your
business, but are to be used to help
you visualize the power of duplication of your efforts and the rewards of the Watkins pay plan; when your personal sales volume and the
sales volume of your organization reach certain levels from the sale & consumption of Watkins products.
The most important thing to remember as you begin your Watkins business is YOU ARE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS PARTNERS THAT DUPLICATE
EXACTLY WHAT YOU DO.
With that said....the first criteria for success in your Watkins business, will be for you
to move $250 in retail value of Watkins products each month - either by personal consumption or personal sales. As your business
grows, you will most likely move much more product than this. But to keep these
illustrations simple, all examples are based on just $250 in retail sales of Watkins' fabulous products and business partners that will also sell or
consume $250 of Watkins' products.
Lets begin by looking at how your sales team organization
can grow. The chart below is based on finding one new business partner per month, who in
turn will duplicate your effort, exactly, of moving $250 of Watkins products and find one
new business partner each month, who in turn duplicates his/her effort...exactly etc. At
the end of twelve months, you would have 1,585 serious business partners that are selling
or consuming $250 in Watkins products and duplicating your example of finding new business
partners that do the same.
The following chart illustrates what your organization
would look like at the end of one year.
The main variable here is......one serious business partner
each month. What if it took you six months to find your first real serious business
partner.....and six months to find the next, etc. Or maybe it took you a year to find your
first one and you found only two the second year etc. The following charts will illustrate
where your business would be every step of the way. You can substitute Week 1 or Year 1 or
whatever you like to the corresponding month titles. The charts are meant to help you visualize & measure your progress & goals. Once again they are not meant to imply or guarantee that you will
reach any specific income level.

Now here's the catch....Most people quit long before they
ever reach that goal. And the main reason is that they can't see where their work is
taking them. Look back at Month 4 (and remember that could be Year 4) You've found four
